Julia Perez is a New York-born, Miami-based marketing executive with a proven track record of blending creative vision with strategic business expertise. Passionate about developing future leaders, Julia inspires teams by leading with  humility—empowering others to see their own potential.

With deep experience in high-growth consumer packaged goods, Julia has been instrumental in two major brand exits: as Digital Marketing Director at CORE Water, where she played a critical role in driving the brand’s growth to a $525M acquisition by KDP in 2018, and as Chief Marketing Officer at OWYN, where she was a key leader in shaping the company’s trajectory toward its $280M acquisition by Simply Good in 2024. Julia continues to lead marketing at OWYN as the CMO.

As an avid reader and constant seeker of thought-provoking conversations, Julia leads the Booked and Busy Book Club, a nonfiction-based reading community spanning topics across business, culture, career, and self-improvement.
