This Privacy Policy covers the personal SMS assistant application ("Chief of Staff") built and operated by Julia Perez for her own individual use.

Who this applies to

This is a personal-use application with a single user: Julia Perez, the owner and operator. It is not a public product, and there is no public signup or opt-in flow. No mobile phone number is added to this service except Julia's own number, which she configured herself.

Information we collect

The application processes: (1) SMS messages sent and received between Julia and her personal assistant phone number; (2) Gmail and Google Calendar data, accessed only with Julia's own Google account authorization, used solely to search, draft, and manage her own email and calendar; (3) basic logs of messages and reminders, stored in a private database used only by this application.

How information is used

Information is used exclusively to operate the assistant for Julia: reading and drafting her email, managing her calendar, and sending her personal reminders and check-in texts. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold.

Sharing of information

No mobile information, phone numbers, or message content is shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Data is only transmitted to the third-party services required to operate the assistant: Twilio (for SMS delivery) and Google (for Gmail and Calendar access), each governed by their own privacy policies.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on usage and configured check-ins. Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier.

Opting out

Since this application has a single user who is also its owner, opting out is as simple as Julia disabling or shutting down the application.
